Filip Lievens is Lee Kong Chian Professor of Human Resources at Singapore Management University, Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Department of Personnel Management and Work and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University (Belgium). His main research areas deal with selection/assessment and recruitment/employer branding in Human Resource Management. His work has been published among others in the Annual Review of Psychology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Management. Currently, he serves in the editorial board of Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Academy of Management Discoveries.
