Patria started her career as a lecturer in the Soil Department, Faculty of Agriculture Gadjah Mada University Indonesia, in early 2018. She obtained her B.Sc in Soil Science from the Faculty of Agriculture, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. She then achieved her MSc in 2017 from a joint degree program at Yamagata University Japan and Gadjah Mada University Indonesia under Japan Student Service Organization (JASSO) Scholarship. In September 2022, she was awarded by LPDP scholarship (Indonesia Endowment Fund For Education) to obtain her Ph.D. focusing on the dynamics of microplastics in soils from a pedological perspective, under the supervision of Prof. Stefaan De Neve and co-promotors Prof. Andre Skirtach and Prof. Steven Sleutel.
