In July 2023, I obtained my master’s degree in bioscience engineering, Environmental Technology. My master thesis was about the application of microalgae suspensions as potential biostimulants for sustainable agriculture.

After successfully applying for a Baekeland mandate (VLAIO), I started this October (2024) as a PhD student at UGent. My promotors are prof. dr. Emmy Dhooghe and prof. dr. Bruno De Meulenaer.
I will be looking into the effects of biofortification on certain nutrients of a plant (confidential).
