Qurrotyl A'yun

Qurrotul A'yun started off her academic career at Universitas Gadjah Madas in Indonesia and Yamagata University in Japan to obtain a joint Master in Food Science and Technology. 

Her research at Ghent University consists in improvement of heat stability and emulsifying activity of whey protein through heat conjugation with simple saccharides.  The goal is to create an effective  emulsifier from natural ingredient.
