Yulin Hu

Yulin joined the PaInT group as a PhD student in 2020. Before that, she got her master's degree in Food Engineering at China Agricultural University (CAU), mainly working on the research of protein-based nanoparticles. Currently, her PhD project is focused on developing W/O/W double emulsions, exploring their stability during processing, storage and digestion, and applying them for the protection and delivery of probiotics.
