Data protection

If you register for a course or event organised by the Doctoral Schools / as part of the Doctoral Training Programme, the information submitted in the registration module (e.g. your name, department and e-mail address) will be shared with the co-organisers of the course as well as the trainer. They can use this information in order to prepare the course (e.g. send you an intake questionnaire or reading materials).

Film and photo

If you register for a course or event organised by the Doctoral Schools / as part of the Doctoral Training Programme, you give permission to the organisers to make videos and/or take pictures and to use these videos/pictures for online or offline communication (e.g. on the website, social media, brochures etc.).

The participants can withdraw their permission to be included in these videos and/or pictures by sending an e-mail to doctoralschools@ugent.be.
