PhD Onboarding Track
Who is the target audience?
Doctoral candidates who have a first enrollment in or after the academic year of 2020-2021 must complete a short online onboarding track filled with information to get them situated. Make sure to complete the entire track before you are due to submit your first annual self-reflection report. You will not be able to submit a self-reflection report or re-enrol as a PhD candidate at Ghent University until you do. After you complete it, the track will remain available to you for the duration of your doctoral research at Ghent University, so you can consult it whenever necessary.
If you had your first enrollment before the start of the 2020-2021 academic year, you may still find the track useful but you are under no obligation to complete it.
Note: Please note that you must use your UGent account to log into Ufora.
