Circular construction: the Mobile unit

Bouwunie, Odisee university college, VDAB and Ghent University are working together to develop a mobile unit within the open call circular economy of Flanders Circular. By means of the mobile unit, circular alternatives for roof, wall and façade elements will be demonstrated.

The mobile unit will be used to provide training for contractors, architects and other construction professionals. Within the project, Ghent university will analyze and optimize the environmental impact of the various construction elements using life cycle analysis (LCA).
