DIC measuring system
Features
During testing, three-dimensional displacements and in-plane strains can be monitored using three-dimensional digital image correlation (DIC) on images obtained through a stereo-vision system. DIC aims to obtain the displacement field that yields the best correlation between the image of a deformed surface and a reference surface of the undeformed surface.
- 12 MP resolution.
- Continuous frame rate of 30fps.
- 1" sensor format.
- CMOS sensor.
- Multiple lens configurations for small, medium and full-scale sample sizes.
- High-contrast 3D speckle pattern need to be applied on the test sample (a speckle kit provides guidance).
