Research
The research group Transport Technology at Ghent University is specialized in internal combustion engines. The group's research is focused on the in-cylinder processes (spray formation, combustion, heat transfer and emission formation). The goal is to develop simulation tools for fast engine optimization. Team
We are a young, dynamic group of researchers, regularly visited by foreign experts. We welcome researchers for short as well as extended stays. We have several state of the art test-setups in different domains that we try to improve continually.
