The modular co-extrusion line, acquired via the Hercules funding, consists of 2 single screw extruders 30mm L/D30 and one co-rotating conical twin screw extruder. Within its blow film setup, a three layer film can be extruded with thickness from 0,015 up to 0,15 mm. The sheet co-extrusion configuration can produce 1/3/5 layer plates with total thickness up to 2,5 mm and width up to 400 mm.
