I choose to study at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration because accounting lessons in high school were always very entertaining for me, I was always looking forward to these lessons. My Bachelor studies only confirmed my decision, I knew I wanted to specialise in accounting/audit and that is why I chose this Faculty.
I would describe my study experience at the faculty and my time in Ghent as amazing. Ghent is a beautiful city, a very lively and animated city. The Master studies were very enriching and intense. A lot of work in groups, which is very nice and helpful for a foreign student. The teachers made the lessons very interesting. The lessons were always animate, never boring. We had the chance to meet some real auditors during some lessons.
Personal tip for future students: Have fun and enjoy this beautiful city!
