Step-by-step instructions - Registration tool of the FEB Graduation Ceremonies 2024

Would you like to attend your formal graduation ceremony? If so, we kindly ask you to register yourself and your guests via the online registration tool.

The number of guests you may bring is limited to three. Please note that, for safety reasons, we can allow a maximum of 1,000 people in the auditorium.

Registration is only possible with a personal code. Follow the steps below to register successfully.

Attention! All potential graduating students have received an invitation to register. However, receiving your invitation does not automatically mean that you have passed and graduated.

0.    Unique Code

In your personal email invitation, you will receive a unique code. This code is essential for your registration and must be kept carefully. The code must not be shared and can only be used once.

1.    Registration

Visit the registration page via the link provided in the email. On the registration page, enter the following details:

  • Your email address
  • A secure password
  • Your first and last name
  • The unique code you received

2.    Adding tickets

Add the type of tickets to your registration. If you wish to invite both yourself and your guests, add the 'Student' and 'Guests' ticket types. If you plan to attend the ceremony alone, add only the 'Student' ticket type. Then, click on 'Cart.'

3. Entering details

After adding the ticket types, you can specify how many tickets you want for each type. You can add a maximum of 1 student (yourself) and 3 guests. Add the number of guests you want to invite and click 'update cart.' After this, you can enter the details of your guests. Make sure to provide the full and correct names, as these will appear on the entry tickets. Finalize your registration by clicking on 'Proceed to checkout.'

Please note: You can only use this registration module once. It will not be possible to change names afterward. Therefore, make sure to add the correct guests immediately.

4.    Receiving Your Entry Tickets

After completing the registration, you will receive a personal entry ticket with a QR code for each registered person, which will be scanned at the entrance of the ceremony. It is recommended to download these tickets immediately. The tickets will not be sent by email, but you can always find them by logging into the platform using your email address and password from step 1.

You do not need to print the tickets. You can easily show them on your smartphone, which is not only convenient but also better for the environment!

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your unique access code is only valid once.
  2. You can enter your guests' names only once, and changes are not possible afterward. In case of errors or problems, contact communication.feb@ugent.be.
  3. Each ticket is strictly personal and must not be transferred or copied.
  4. The QR code on each ticket is unique and only valid once. Copies will not be accepted.
  5. For safety reasons, access to the event is only granted with a valid, non-duplicated ticket. Identification may be requested at the entrance.
  6. Each ticket grants access only to the specific ceremony and cannot be used for other ceremonies.
