Welcome Days

We recommend you to arrive in Ghent in time so you can participate in the UGent Welcome Days and our Faculty Welcome Session.

Keep in mind that attendance for the Faculty Welcome is mandatory.

You will receive an UGent information package, a goodie bag and a lot of necessary information

Have you never been in Gent before and have no clue about our habits? Gentians love recycling, bicycles and singing the song 'Mia'.

Receive your student card and get your arrival certificate signed at our open office (during the welcome lunch)
