Jonas W. B. Lang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Personnel Management, Work and Organizational Psychology at Ghent University. He received his doctorate from RWTH Aachen University. His work focuses on research methods, adaptability, cognitive abilities, personnel selection, and motivation and has appeared in a number of journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Psychological Review, Personnel Psychology, and Psychological Science. Jonas is currently an Associate Editor for Organizational Research Methods and for the Journal of Personnel Psychology. He also serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Applied Psychology, Psychological Assessment, and Human Performance.
