Maarten Cerpentier
Biography
Maarten Cerpentier obtained a master degree in Business Economics (Accounting, magna cum laude) in 2017. After working as a Research Associate in Accounting and Control at the Vlerick Business School, he joined the Department of Accounting, Corporate Finance and Taxation of Ghent University in April 2019 as a PhD researcher, under the supervision of prof. dr. Tom Vanacker. His research focuses on the factors driving incremental and radical innovation performance of companies. He presented his work at various national and international conferences and research days such as the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the Belgian Entrepreneurship Research Day.
