We are Proud of our PhD student Vincent Goossens who recently received a PhD grant from Research Foundation Flanders - FWO!
Congratulations Vincent Goossens for following in the footsteps of dr. Jolien Muylaert and Isabeau Van Strydonck!
In the next four years Vincent will investigate how team developmental performance management systems influence employees’ well-being and performance. As teamwork has become a competitive advantage for many top performing firms, his research will not only contribute to new insights in the field of HR but also be highly valuable for businesses and organizations!
Supervisor Prof. dr. Adelien Decramer, together with co-supervisor Prof. dr. Mieke Audenaert are looking forward to guiding Vincent in this exciting journey!
