Digitalization is everywhere: we book hotels and taxis online, and algorithms suggest the next show for us to watch. But it also transforms government operations. Digitalization can lead to better services, data-driven policy-making, and new ways of working. We research how different government levels can implement this, what changes are needed, and which considerations require special attention.
