Expertise
Through a combination of nucleic acid quantification method development (digital PCR, RNA sequencing, spatial transcriptomics) and applied bioinformatics, I seek to better understand the value of RNA in health and disease, with a focus on various types of cancer. I make use of human liquid biopsies and tissues from patients and animal model systems.
