Research Topics
Our research is focused on leukemias and primary immunodeficiencies, mainly optimization of diagnostic procedures (cytomorphology, immunophenotyping and molecular analyses), or optimization of follow-up procedures (ao. minimal residual disease monitoring). A main interest in the exploration of the leukemic stem cell and its role in acute myeloid leukemia and multi drug resistance. In addition, we explore automated tools for flowcytometric analysis in primary immunodeficiency and epigenetic markers in subdifferentiation of common variable immunodeficiencies.
