STED: Abberior Facility Line

- UPLSAPO 60xS , silicone oil, NA 1.30, working distance 0.3 mm
- Excitation lasers:
- 405 nm (CW, 50 mW)
- 485 nm (pulsed -> to combine with 595 nm STED laser)
