Dear Colleagues,
We are happy to invite you to our first Multiscale
Imaging Workshop - From Cells to Organisms, to be held at the Werner Siemens Imaging
Center in Tübingen, Germany, from February 10 to 14, 2025.
Over the years, we have developed advanced microscopy techniques to understand cellular functions at different scales, from individual cells to entire organisms. Now, we’re excited to share our expertise with you through this hands-on workshop.
Workshop highlights:
- Get practical experience in live-cell imaging, intravital multiphoton microscopy and light-sheet microscopy (and a tiny bit of CT and MRI).
- Learn to master tissue clearing of whole-organs and whole-mice.
- Learn methods for coregistering microscopy data with CT/MR imaging for a comprehensive view of biological systems.
- Get advice for your own experiments and image or analyze your own sample in voluntary evening sessions.
- Focus on cancer and immunology – however, while the workshop emphasizes imaging the immune system and cancer, the techniques are widely applicable across research fields.
