UHasselt: MiniSymposium LightSheet Microscopy - 23/05/2024

(02-05-2024)

In the framework of the Advanced Light Microscopy course, the Advanced Optical Microscopy Centre is hosting a MiniSymposium on Lightsheet Microscopy. Lightsheet microscopy is capable of fast tomographic imaging of living model organisms or organoids, but can also image larger cleared samples in toto with sub-cellular sharpness! Join us to learn more about the lightsheet microscopy method and its role in biological and biomedical research!

The speakers at the symposium will introduce you to the world of light-sheet microscopy, and provide a sneak peek at what this technique can mean for biomedical research, we cordially invite you to join us for this MiniSymposium on Thursday May 23 at 5:30PM at the Diepenbeek Campus of Hasselt University.

Attendance is free, but kindly confirm your presence by registering here!

The event programme and information about the talks, the speakers & the new microscope can be found on the Event page of the Advanced Optical Microscopy Centre.

We are looking forward to introducing you to the future of fluorescence microscopy at Hasselt University on May 23!

Sincerely,

prof. Jelle Hendrix
