What is a curriculum?
Your curriculum comprises the course units for which you are taking up ECTS credits, your possible exemptions and your previously obtained credits. It has to be determined, assigned and approved every academic year. After you have submitted it for approval, it is sent to the Faculty Student Administration (FSA), who checks it and has it assessed by the Curriculum Committee (which includes the learning track counsellors and the secretaries of the Examination Board). If the Committee sees a problem, your curriculum is returned to you by the FSA and you have to resubmit it. If there is no problem, the Curriculum Committee formally approves it, after which the FSA puts it on 'approved' in OASIS and you can check this status in OASIS as well.
So your curriculum is actively managed in OASIS by yourself and the Faculty Student Administration (FSA).
