Learning Track Counselling

The learning track counsellors provide you with information, advice and assistance during your entire study career. They act as contact persons within the faculty with regard to the ‘study progress’. You can contact them for information about:

possible choices within a study programme (minor, major, elective course units, Erasmus, ...)
Education and Examination Code
learning paths (standard learning track, personalised learning track, abridged track)
contract types
amending the curriculum in function of special status (functional impairment, working student, approved top-level sports activities, professional artistry, etc.)
procedure for applying for exemptions
composing and amending an individual curriculum
study (re)orientation and further studies
combination work-study and the working student status
learning account
study progress monitoring
