Registering for resit exams

From the academic year 2023-24, UGent wants to drastically reduce the number of unused exam copies in the resit exams.

Therefore, we ask all students who have resit exams to confirm for each exam separately that they will participate.

Do you have resit exams? 

Then go to oasis.ugent.be and click on "configuration schedule groups." There you can register for your resit exams from the public announcement of exam results until August 8, 2024.

It is not mandatory to register. Even without registration, you can take the resit exam. Your confirmation does help us optimize the exam logistics.

Please note: your exam schedule will always show all your resit exams, including those you did not register for.
