QoE is a project that aims to strengthen the often neglected relationship between user and community-driven research on the one hand and technology-driven QoE research on the other. In today’s wireless communication environment, a number of ‘user settings and applications’ are focused upon for which not only a technological ‘solution’ is developed, but whereby the whole is also framed within an investigation into the business models and the regulatory framework for such ‘user settings’.
