OVAM is the Flemish Waste Management Authority, they want to develop an online service in which companies can easily see if their materials are raw or waste materials. iMinds-MICT is involved in this Living Lab project for the user research. Within this user research the needs and wants of the companies that will be using this platform are being detected by organizing interviews and co-creation sessions. Next to this MICT will also participate during the UX lab tests and organize a validation survey and workshop in order to see to what extent the innovation meets the needs of the end-users.
