A joint conference of the International Motor Development Research Consortium and the International Society for Research and Advocacy for DCD.
The theme of the conference is "Thinking outside the box." Bringing together researchers and professionals from different but related fields, with a focus on (motor) development. We want to disseminate knowledge and expertise on (motor) development in children, adolescents and the elderly with typical and less typical development from a holistic perspective, including motor, cognitive, socio-emotional, educational, health-related and environmental perspectives.
In addition to scientific contributions, we welcome non-academic lectures from the field and/or from people with lived experiences during the academic program and during three satellite seminars for clinicians (5/6/24), education professionals (7/6/24) and families (8/6/24).
