Brugfiguren: lesgevers uit een specifieke jaar/opleiding-combinatie waarbij de jaarverantwoordelijke van die combinatie terecht kan voor vragen of bezorgdheden die leven bij de studenten.
Ombudspersonen: behandelen de klachten van studenten en personeel die verband houden met de toepassing van het onderwijs- en examenreglement en/of de rechtspositieregeling van de student en/of met als onbillijk ervaren situaties in het ruimer kader van het onderwijs- en examengebeuren.
Studenten-jaarverantwoordelijken: studenten die aangeduid worden door PPSR om hun jaar te vertegenwoordigen bij bv. contacten met brugfiguren, ombudspersonen of verkozen studentenvertegenwoordigers in de faculteitsraad.
