Hans De Wulf

Hans De Wulf is professor of corporate law at Ghent University law school, Financial law Institute.

His department has close research connections with the Law&Business department of Vanderbilt University’s law school and it was at his initiative that Ghent entered into student and researcher exchange agreements with the law schools of Vanderbilt, University of Miami and Hofstra.

He organizes a course on International Business Negotiations in which a team of Ghent students engage in realistic negotiations with a team of North American students.
