Julie Schiltz

Julie studeerde pedagogische wetenschappen – optie Orthopedagogiek (2013) en Conflict en Ontwikkelingsstudies (2015) aan de Universiteit van Gent.

Sinds oktober 2014 werkt Julie aan de vakgroep als doctoraatsstudent. Ze is ook verbonden als onderzoeker aan het interuniversitair onderzoekscentrum Centre for Children in Vulnerable Situations (www.centreforchildren.be). Voor haar onderzoek werkt Julie met Zuid-Sudanese jongeren in een vluchtelingensetting in Adjumani, noord-Oeganda. Haar project focust op onzekerheid in de context van conflict, ontheemding en kampen.
