Eva Derous

Eva Derous is an full professor in the Department of Work, Organisation and Society at Ghent University. She received her Ph.D. from Leuven University. Her research focuses on recruitment, personnel selection, problem-based learning, and diversity/discrimination (ethnicity, age, gender). She received a Fulbright research grant from KNAW/Fulbright Center Amsterdam, serves on editorial boards of international journals, and has published in journals such as Personnel Psychology, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Human Resource Management Review, and Human Performance.
