Digital Media
Research into digital media explores emerging processes of communication and mediation related to recent advances in technologies such as computing and data-based platforms. CIMS research has mainly focused on popular digital media platforms such as social media and data driven applications. Digital media research is developed by doing empirically grounded work, as well as trough stimulating theoretical discussions and urgent ethical and political debates in society.
