Biography
Richard Schobess is a PhD candidate at the Department of Political Science of Ghent University. He holds a master’s degree in Political Science from Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve). Richard’s main research interests are legislative studies and political behavior. During his PhD project Richard focuses on a new measurement of the parliamentary performance of members of parliament.
