Evening Lecture by David O'Sullivan: 'Sanctions in pratice: how can we maximize the impact of sanctions on Russia in a globalized world?'
Ghent University, MINOS and the Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen will host an evening lecture with EU Sanctions Envoy David O’Sullivan, moderated by Prof. Dr. Peter Van Elsuwege.
Mr. O’Sullivan will share the key outcomes of his diplomatic outreach to third countries, exploring the international impact of EU sanctions against Russia. This will be the occasion to reflect on the far-reaching geoeconomic consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The event can be followed onsite and online.
