Claudia Van Severen

Claudia Van Severen graduated with greatest distinction as a Master of Laws from Ghent University Law School in 2010.

Afterwards, she worked as a lawyer. From 2013 until 2017, she was an academic researcher at the Institute for Procedural Law. 

Currently, she works as a law clerk at the Belgian Court of Cassation. She remains attached to the Institute for Procedural Law as a teaching assistant.

She speaks and publishes on a regular basis on a variety of topics regarding civil procedure.
