Niels Depaepe

Niels Depaepe obtained his Master of Laws (summa cum laude) from Ghent University in 2023. 

He is currently a lawyer in Brussels in the Dispute Resolution department of the international law firm Freshfields, focusing on (inter)national litigation, including mass claims, and arbitration.

 He is associated with the Institute for Procedure as a voluntary affiliated researcher and has since published on various topics within (inter)national procedural law.
