Xiya Wang

Short Bio

Xiya Wang has been a PhD researcher since October 2024.

Her research aims to analyze the procedural challenges that blockchain brings to civil litigation, also to identify opportunities to enhance civil litigation procedures through integration of blockchain, particularly for the EU Member States’ courts, by conducting a comparative study of representative jurisdictions.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws at Beijing Normal University (2021) and Master of Laws at Frankfurt University (2024)
