Shepherd Mutsvara

Biography

Shepherd MutsvaraShepherd Mutsvara is a PhD Candidate in the Institute of Political Sciences and Administration at the Pedagogical University of Krakow in Poland. Shepherd began his career as a professionally trained secondary school teacher in Zimbabwe. He then studied for a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) with the University of South Africa and also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M – Public International Law) from the University of London.

Shepherd is a versatile professional with teaching experience in both secondary and tertiary education. He is also a Research Affiliate with the Refugee Law Initiative and is a member in good standing with the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law (Africa Research Group). His research project is being co-supervised by Professor Joanna Bar (UP) and Professor Ellen Desmet of Ghent University.
