- Go to https://oasis.ugent.be/oasis-web/registratie
- Choose 'Register with Authenticatie Vlaanderen (eID, Itsme)’.
- Fill in your personal details, contact information and address and confirm your registration.
- In the left column at MyOasis, click on 'personal information' and add your passport photo so we can create your student ID card. Read the instructions about the passport photo.
- Email gaststudent@ugent.be from the email address you used for registration and ask to complete your registration. Attach these documents:
- Scan of your ID card
- Enrolment certificate from your home institution 2024/25
- The documents in PDF as requested on the Registration Visiting Student webpage (not applicable for category 3 and 4 visiting students).
- You will receive an email after we finish your registration.
- After you receive your login, go to https://oasis.ugent.be and add the courses to be taken to your curriculum.
