New contract and change of study programme
Change of your study programme
This means that you are taking up a new contract. As a consequence, you need to terminate the other contract (of the study programme that you no longer wish to follow)
You can change your study programme provided that you
- Meet the admission requirements
- Have a letter of (deferred) admission for the study programme
- Comply with regulations with regards to the period of enrolment
New contract
You can take up several contracts during 1 academic year. However, you cannot enrol more than once for one and the same course unit per academic year.
You can enter into an additional contract provided that you
- Meet the admission requirements
- Have a letter of (deferred) admission for the study programme
- Comply with regulations with regards to the period of enrolment
It is taken into account that when a course unit appears in both the terminated contract and the new contract, it is not charged double with regards to the tuition fee and the learning.
Changing the major/option is not a change of your study programme.
Attention!
Terminating the contract does not have an effect on results obtained within that contract.
When at the time of changing your study programme, you have already taken an exam for a course unit, this counts as a used exam opportunity.
Changing your contract does not entitle you to extra examination sessions in the same academic year.
