The tuition fee consists of the standard tuition fee as for EEA-students (diploma or credit contract):

€ 247.90 fixed amount + € 11.90 per credit. For 60 credits: € 961.90
€ 113.20 (flat fee) for students with a study allowance Flemish Community ("Studietoelage Vlaamse overheid")

Citizen from a member state of the European Economic Area. The EEA includes all EU countries plus Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein (EEA-countries)
Asylum seeker (person with a legal residence but who's asylum application is still pending with the government) pays the tuition fee as for EEA-students with no study allowance from the Flemish government.
