Quantification of relative Bone Mineral Density
Recently, we developed a method to quantify relative bone mineral densities (BMD) in vertebrate skeleton, using voxel grey value histogram data. This allows to compare BMD levels across specimens without the need of phantoms. More details on the protocol can be found in Thuong et al. (2018).
