On the occasion of the honorary doctorate degree that will be awarded to Prof. Ülo Mander on Dies Natalis 2024, we would like to invite you to his public lecture. This will take place on Thursday 21 March, 16h30, in Campus Ledeganck (Auditorium 6), K.L. Ledeganckstraat 35, 9000 Gent.
Prof. Mander has a long-standing collaboration with many colleagues in our department and established a close collaboration with the Geography Department of Tartu University. In his lecture, he will focus on the research domain of landscape ecology and the main aspects of his research dealing with the nitrogen cycle in wetlands and peatlands and their relation to climate change.
