About the department

The Department of Data Analysis and Mathematical Modelling is part of the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering of Ghent University.

The department currently holds 85 staff members, which includes 10 tenured academic staff members, 10 assisting academic staff members, multiple scientific staff members and 10 members from the administrative and technical staff.

The head of the department is Prof. dr. Bernard De Baets
