Deadlines
Application
- Your supervisor will register you as a new PhD candidate via oasis.ugent.be. You will be informed what to do next to complete your application.
- Once completed, your application will be dealt on the faculty Doctoral Commission and Faculty Board.
- PhdAdmission will notify you whether you are accepted at the faculty as a PhD candidate or not and how to enroll as a Phd student.

- Doctoral School: Next to obtaining your PhD, PhD students will also obtain a certificate of the doctoral program. PhD students are especially encouraged to follow specialist courses and skills seminars through the Doctoral School
