Workshops & lectures
Workshops
We often organise workshops on product development based on our research pillars of education, sustainability and industry.
- Workshop "Co-creating Circular Values" in collaboration with Design Region Kortrijk:
In this workshop, we explain the most important concepts of sustainable and circular design and together with companies we will make some exercises within their own company context. We apply the explained concepts to a case of the company with the aim of identifying opportunities and helping to formulate objectives.

- Workshop "
design for easy and intuitive assembly ‘In this workshop, we will zoom in on the assembly of a product and take a very hands-on approach to make an assembly simpler and more intuitive. In this workshop, we will go hands-on with the assembly of a product, encounter difficulties ourselves and get acquainted with the DFAM methodology to start optimising these assemblies. Around the DFAM methodology (methodology to simplify assemblies and make them more intuitive), we also offer service formulas for companies.

Training
We organise training and implementation within the company on designing for simple intuitive assembly. Besides training on the method using an assembly exercise, we also go deeper into a product of the company's choice. We will work with the people of the company to analyse this product, and support them in applying the methodology to their product.
