Biography

Angi Hojer holds a master’s degree in Business Engineering with a specialization in Finance. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the Department of Accounting, Corporate Finance and Taxation at Gent University under the supervision of Prof. dr. Virginie Mataigne. Her research interests focus on mergers and acquisitions, the interplay between ESG factors and financial performance versus risk-taking, as well as the growth strategies of scale-up companies.
