Biography

Tom Floru is a doctoral researcher at Vlerick Business School and Ghent University. He is active in the Centre for Mergers, Acquisitions and Buyouts at Vlerick. He collaborates closely with Professors Mathieu Luypaert and Miguel Meuleman. Tom’s research focuses on the human capital dynamics in private equity partnerships and investment outcomes.

His first professional experience involved working on financial project management for research projects at the Belgian Institute for Space-Aeronomy (BIRA).
